Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls within a busy office
- Set and schedule technician appointments for jobs
- Enter customer data into the computer
- Respond in a timely fashion to customer queries
- Resolve and assist customers by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements
Qualifications
What do you need
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education
- One or more years of experience as a dispatcher
- Availability to work in office Sunday through Wednesday from 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments
- Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals
- Excellent customer service skills and experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer
- Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
- Knowledge of the local geographic territory
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
