We’re looking for a high-performing Dispatcher who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring every customer receives the excellent service we are known for.

This is not just answering phones—this is a key operational role.

You will manage the daily service schedule by evaluating incoming service requests and matching the right technician to the right job while keeping customers and technicians informed throughout the day.

Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, technician productivity, and company performance.

• Assign technicians to service calls based on skillset, location, and urgency

• Monitor and adjust the service schedule throughout the day

• Review job history and equipment information before dispatching

• Ensure no calls remain unassigned

• Send appointment confirmations and reminders

• Provide updates to customers throughout the day

• Notify customers of delays when necessary

• Send technician “on the way” notifications

• Document all communication in the system

• Respond quickly to technician calls and requests

• Provide job information and scheduling support

• Assist with purchase orders and operational needs

• Support coordination of financing and job follow-ups

• Monitor permit portals

• Schedule inspections when required

• Track inspection schedules and updates

• Verify technician debrief completion

• Confirm payments were collected

• Ensure job notes are accurate and complete

• Close completed jobs properly in the system

• Confirm next-day appointments

• Ensure the schedule is clean for the following day

Previous dispatching or scheduling experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or home services is a big plus.

Pay: $20 – $26 per hour (based on experience)
