Job Number: R0220188 Dismounted and Direct Action EOD Subject Matter Expert Key Role: Provide real-time readiness and modernization and exercise support and training development. Implement training on current Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) on standard and non-standard EOD energetic and mechanical tools used during dismounted or mounted operations. Deliver advanced skills training to EOD technicians. Support developing a trained and ready U.S. Army force that provides freedom of maneuver to supported units. Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in the U.S. Military 8+ years of experience with Explosive Ordnance Disposal Experience with three or more deployments conducting SOF operations in austere locations Top Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Graduate of Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal Military Instructor Certification Additional Qualifications: Experience in Curriculum Training Development Experience producing written reports and evaluations Experience with advanced electronics Experience creating and editing training plans that include implementation and evaluation of EOD tasks, techniques, and procedures used during dynamic, Direct Action (DA) support operations Experience developing training to accommodate classroom and hands-on (practical) individual and collective task training at the operational Platoon and Team level Experience planning, developing, executing, and assessing activities within EOD direct action focused exercises, including realistic scenario planning, development, implementation, and execution of exercise tools and cont Experience with the employment of traditional tools and explosive systems during direct action EOD operations in a training environment Ability to prepare briefings and present briefings at a company level and higher TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
