What You'll Be Doing:

• Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment using our dishwashing station
• Maintain a clean and organized dish pit area throughout your shift
• Handle dishes and kitchen items carefully to prevent breakage and ensure food safety standards
• Keep up with high-volume dishwashing during busy service times
• Assist with light kitchen prep tasks and trash management as needed
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to support smooth operations

What We're Looking For:

• Full-time availability and open schedule flexibility
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and detail
