BecometheDirectorofTherapyOperationsyou'vealwaysaspiredtobe
- Develop, revise,implement,andcommunicatepolicies,processes,andprocedures,holdingstaff accountable for their respective roles and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to educate staff and the community about awareness, prevention,andtreatmentoptions.Developandsupportclinicalaffiliationsandrelationships with educational institutions.
- Use historical data and emerging trends to forecast operational revenues and expenses and makerecommendationsbasedoninternalandexternalmarketconditionsforpotentialsalary adjustments.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of state, federal, and professional regulatory requirements for programreimbursement,businessstandards,legalissues,anddocumentationrequirements, andapplythemtoprogramoperationsanddepartments.Educateandcommunicateupdates and changes in standards to the staff and advise the CEO on the needs required for effective program operation and implementation.

Qualifications
- CurrentStatelicenseinPhysicalTherapy,OccupationalTherapy,orSpeech-LanguagePathology.
- BLS(CPR)requiredormustbeobtainedwithin30daysofhirewithinthisrole.
- Bachelor'sDegreeorhigherfromanaccreditedtherapyprogram.
- AdditionaltrainingwithaMaster'sorDoctoratedegreeinprofessionalormanagementareais preferred.
- Minimumoffiveyearsofrehabilitationexperience,includingtwoyearsinamanagementrole,is required.
