Position Overview:
As the Director of Sourcing & Supplier Development, you will lead the global sourcing strategy for the Parts, Garments & Accessories (PG&A) business and guide supplier selection, capability building, and performance management. You will oversee a global team and align sourcing strategies with product roadmaps, operational needs, and financial objectives. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Legal to shape both near-term decisions and long-range supply network plans. In this role, you will influence enterprise-level initiatives and help advance supplier partnerships across the PG&A portfolio. This opportunity allows you to drive meaningful impact through global leadership, strategic decision-making, and supply network innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and develop the PG&A sourcing and supplier development organization, establishing talent strategies, building team capabilities, and ensuring strong performance management across global teams.
+ Coordinate priorities across Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality, ensuring the structures and processes needed for aligned, high-performing operations.
+ Drive global PG&A sourcing strategy, governance, and standard work to improve cost, quality, delivery, and supplier capability year over year.
+ Lead cross-functional efforts to develop component and technology strategies, support long-range product planning, and guide supplier selection decisions.
+ Monitor market, commodity, and technology trends to inform sourcing strategies, including total cost of ownership considerations and localization opportunities.
+ Use supplier scorecards, KPIs, and analytics to advance accountability and guide procurement, lifecycle, and supplier performance decisions.
+ Strengthen supplier collaboration through SIOP integration, lead time reduction, LEAN initiatives, and targeted supplier development activities.
+ Lead strategic negotiations and supply agreements that balance delivered cost, inventory, lead times, and long-term enterprise value.
+ Drive innovation in sourcing processes and tools by benchmarking across industries to elevate PG&A supply chain competitiveness.
+ Translate enterprise priorities and long-range business needs into actionable sourcing strategies, financial plans, and supplier development roadmaps.

Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 10 years of OEM sourcing experience, including at least 5 years leading teams in complex, global, and cross-functional environments. Experience in durable goods required (e.g., automotive, agriculture, construction, etc.)
+ Broad expertise in supplier management, sourcing, quality, and cost/quality/delivery performance.
+ Demonstrated strategic thinking skills, including understanding of supply chain, macroeconomic trends, and risk management.
+ Proven ability to develop talent, lead global teams, and influence across a matrixed organization.
+ Ability to guide cross-functional alignment and present effectively at executive levels.
+ Experience in driving innovative problem-solving and challenging the status quo to deliver business value.
+ Some travel required.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $156,200 to $205,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
