Job Title: Director / Senior Business Development Manager IT Services & Staffing

Location: Herndon, VA (Hybrid/ Remote)

International Solutions Group (ISG) is an award-winning IT services company based in Herndon, VA. We are looking for a Director / Senior Business Development Manager IT Services & Staffing to grow revenue by pursuing new client business opportunities in the software industry.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition across enterprise IT services and staffing solutions.

Sell services including Data Engineering, Cloud Transformation, Digital Engineering, AI/ML, and Application Development

Identify, qualify, and close complex deals with annual contract values from $1M to multi-million.

Own the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure

Develop strategic account plans and long-term client partnerships

Collaborate with delivery, recruiting, and leadership teams to structure winning solutions

Expand existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell strategies.

Required Qualifications

10%2B years of experience in IT Services and/or IT Staffing Sales

Demonstrated track record of closing $1M%2B enterprise deals

Strong understanding of the IT services landscape including:

• Cloud (AWS, Azure)
• Data & Analytics.
• Digital Engineering.
• AI/ML Solutions.
• Application Development.
• IT Staffing / Managed Services.

Established network of enterprise decision-makers preferred.

Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.

Ability to build C-level relationships and influence stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with consistent quota overachievement.

Education

Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
