Director of The New Wineskins Project

The director will oversee the entire grant initiative including the development and implementation of each of the components of the project, promotion of programs, oversight of the budget and collaboration with support offices across campus. The director will supervise the support staff and project reporting.

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $90,000 - $95,000.

• Create an effective project management system, including timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate the design of each of the programs within the project
• Implement programs related to each project, as well as evaluations thereof
• Coordinate and facilitate the convening of partners on a regular basis
• Supervise the Administrative Assistant and Research Assistant
• Write, review, and complete annual report for STRS and Lilly Foundation
• Initiate and sustain regular communication with grant partners
• Work in collaboration with The Catholic Project on communications and marketing

• A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in theology
• 3-5 years of program design and implementation, particularly in education or pastoral ministry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in supervising staff and volunteers
