Your qualifications for the Director of Supply Chain position are as follows:
- 5-10 years of supervisory experience in fast-paced manufacturing, with supply chain responsibility in production scheduling, purchasing, logistics, and/or inventory management
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Supply Chain/Logistics/Purchasing and ISM certification
- ERP proficiency required
- $120K-$150K/year, depending on experience
- Full-time, direct-hire opportunity

- Strategically source materials to ensure optimal inventory levels and lowest possible costs
- Develop strategies to source new materials and suppliers to ensure long term supply
- Assist in raw material negociations, contract development, department strategy, and implementation
- Provide direction to buyers for negotiations, contract development, and supplier terms
- Foster strong supplier relationships and act as primary contact for customers
- Work with various internal teams to ensure continued efficiencies and to meet or exceed customer requirements
- Other tasks as assigned
