What You'll Be Doing
- Own the Numbers – Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and overall hotel revenue targets
- Strategize for Success – Create and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans that drive results
- Hunt for New Business – Proactively generate leads for groups, extended stays, and transient business
- Pipeline Pro – Manage leads, prospects, and CRM activity to keep a strong sales funnel
- Show & Sell – Conduct sales calls and site tours that turn interest into signed business
- Relationship Builder – Develop strong connections with corporate clients, community groups, and local partners
- Deal Maker – Negotiate contracts with confidence and attention to detail
- Revenue Team Player – Partner with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and maximize yield
- Track & Report – Monitor sales performance and share insights and results with the General Manager
Who You Are
- A driven, results-focused sales professional with 3+ years of hotel sales leadership experience
- Strategic and analytical, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Confident, persuasive, and polished in communication
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Word and Excel; CRM and hotel brand system experience a plus
- Hold a valid driver’s license and able to travel occasionally (less than 20%)
