- Institutionalize world-class sales processes, governance, and best practices across the region
Experience
- 10–15+ years of senior commercial leadership experience in aftermarket rotating equipment, turbomachinery, cryogenics, oil & gas, or industrial services.
- Proven success scaling aftermarket businesses with recurring revenue models and multi-year service agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, distributed sales organizations and transform commercial performance.
- Track record of closing complex, high-value contracts with global customers.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline required.
