Job Details
Requirements:
- 3 + years of Revenue Cycle leadership/people management experience
- In this role you will be working directly with the Billing Manager who oversees 10 other billers. You will be helping to revamp workflows, identifying issues with billing, improving processes, implementing bonus structures for staff, etc.!
- Experience with Revenue Cycle Management within the Healthcare Industry
- Having previous experience working for a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center AND/OR a non-profit is essential for this role!
- If you have any of the following certifications, that is a PLUS! (CRCP, CPC, CCS, CHFP)
