As a Director of Outlets, you will oversee the operations of our restaurants, bars, lounges, and other food and beverage outlets. Your energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence will inspire and motivate our team to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations. With your strategic mindset and business acumen, you will drive revenue growth, implement innovative concepts, and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably hotel
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan
- Ability to lead and direct a team
- Time management skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
- Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
