We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Director of Operations to join our team in the Healthcare industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a clear understanding of how to manage and implement technology in a healthcare setting. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facilities, ensuring that our operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with our organization's strategic objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about healthcare, technology, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

2. Oversee the integration and implementation of new technology systems into the healthcare environment, ensuring minimal disruption to services.

3. Work closely with the IT department to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally and that any issues are resolved promptly.

4. Collaborate with other department heads to ensure that all operations are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

5. Oversee the management and allocation of resources, ensuring that all departments are adequately resourced and that resources are used efficiently.

6. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement strategies to realize these improvements.

7. Ensure that all operations are compliant with health and safety regulations, minimizing risk to staff and patients.

8. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring that operations are financially sustainable.

9. Provide leadership and direction to staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on operations management.

3. Proven experience in managing and implementing technology in a healthcare setting.

4. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.

5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team.

6. Excellent strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies.

7. Strong financial management skills, with a proven ability to develop and manage budgets.

8. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and resolve operational issues.

9. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization.

10. A strong commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in healthcare.
