Job Details
Promote a strong culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement, including lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
Partner with cross-functional leaders across program management, engineering, and quality to develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
Build and develop a highly capable, cross-trained workforce to support evolving production demands and future growth.
Lead teams responsible for materials procurement, supplier coordination, and production planning—from long-range planning through shop floor execution and work-in-progress management.
Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to drive competitiveness, including leading negotiations around pricing, quality, and terms.
Oversee frontline leadership managing multi-shift operations, supporting a range of skilled manufacturing personnel across fabrication, assembly, and specialized processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and implement capital investments in equipment, tooling, and production capabilities to support long-term growth.
Support business development efforts by contributing cost data, forecasting efficiency improvements, and evaluating future manufacturing capabilities.
