Job Summary

Direct and coordinate activities across business departments related to revenue, production, delivery, cost, customer satisfaction, and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall site operations, including NPI launch & transfer, delivery metrics, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous organizational development in people, systems, and facilities to meet customer demand or business growth.
  • Facilitate communication and project launches among all customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to strategize and implement high-level initiatives and focuses.
  • Explore business opportunities and develop advanced technologies, including automation initiatives.
  • Manage factory P&L. Review financial statements, sales, and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement, determining areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, in consultation with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
  • Determine staffing requirements, and oversee the interview, hiring, and training of new employees or oversee those personnel processes.

Qualifications

  • Education: BS degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of contract manufacturing experience. Extensive experience with SMT/PCMA/SI products is desirable.
  • Skills: Strong personnel management and communication skills. Leadership and coordination capabilities. Ability to motivate, develop, and direct people. Proficiency in assessing performance and making improvements or taking corrective action. Financial acumen in budgeting and expenditure accountability.
