A leading manufacturer in the premium consumer products space is seeking an experienced operations executive to drive performance across manufacturing, quality, procurement, and supply chain functions. This is a high-impact leadership role within a fast-growing organization known for craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Job Description:
The Executive Operations Leader will oversee day-to-day manufacturing and operational strategy across multiple sites. This role focuses on aligning production goals with business growth initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards and cost control. Key responsibilities include driving lean manufacturing processes, managing P&Ls, overseeing supplier relationships, and building a strong operations leadership team. The role will collaborate across departments to ensure operational alignment with broader business objectives.

Required Skills:
• 8+ years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record managing plant-level P&Ls and budgeting
• Deep understanding of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
• Experience developing KPIs around production, cost, and quality metrics
• Skilled in strategic planning, cross-functional alignment, and capital investment
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance and regulatory standards

Bonus/Soft Skills:
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams
• Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences
• Experience working with consumer product manufacturing or industrial appliances
• Comfortable managing multiple locations and scaling infrastructure for growth
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business (Master's preferred)
