As a Director of Nursing, you will coordinate and direct clinical services and programs for the skilled nursing facility while delivering high quality care to our patients.The position requires development, participation, and/or ensuring compliance in the following areas, as well as additional areas as assigned:
- patient care, satisfaction, and residents' rights
- nursing policies and procedures
- staffing, employee development, and assisting in management of human resource issues
- budget development
- safety compliance
Required Qualifications:
- current licensure in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse
- degree from an accredited school of nursing
- experience as a nurse in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility
- established ability to manage people and processes
- knowledge of State and Federal regulations
- experience with the survey process
- effective problem solving and communication skills and a passion to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
