We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and oversee comprehensive healthcare services in a dynamic clinical environment. This senior leadership role is responsible for the administration, performance, and continuous improvement of clinical systems, ensuring safe, ethical, and high-quality patient care. This position is 80% clinical, 20% administrative and you will oversee 1 LPN and 1 RN.
The Director of Nursing promotes excellence in patient care through fair and equitable policies, strong clinical governance, and close collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams. This role requires a proven nursing leader with hands-on experience in Emergency Room, Urgent Care, or ICU settings, combined with the ability to manage teams, resources, and compliance in a fast-paced setting.

Required Qualifications
- Education:
•Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
•Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Licensure & Certifications:
•Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
•BLS Certification required
- Clinical Experience:
•Prior hands-on experience in Emergency Room (ER), Urgent Care, or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings required
- Leadership Experience:
•3–5 years of administrative, supervisory, or nursing leadership experience preferred
- Skills & Competencies:
•Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
•Ability to effectively lead teams and manage clinical operations in an on-call leadership capacity
•Strong computer skills, including proficiency with office software and electronic systems
