The Role
The Director of Marketing & Campaign Strategy is responsible for turning leadership vision into real campaigns that generate traffic, leads, and sales opportunities.
This role connects strategy, execution, and performance.
What You Will Do
- Turn leadership direction into full marketing campaigns
- Build messaging, offers, and calls to action
- Direct website structure and landing pages
- Manage agency performance and accountability
- Align marketing across departments
- Improve campaign execution speed and quality
- Track and report performance
Team Structure
You will be working within an established marketing team:
- Marketing Operations & Events Manager execution and coordination
- Digital, Technology & AI Manager website, systems, automation
- Content & Media Team video and creative production
- Agency paid media and lead generation
You are the role that connects all of these functions.
What You Will Not Do
- You will not define the company’s identity
- You will not operate in isolation
- You will not be limited to one channel
You will build and drive campaigns that connect everything.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in dealership or inventory-driven marketing
- Strong campaign builder and operator
- Understands urgency and sales environments
- Able to manage agencies effectively
- Organized, decisive, and accountable
- Able to turn ideas into structured execution
Compensation
- Base Salary: $84,000
- Performance Incentive: Potential incentive to be determined.
Incentive could be tied to:
- Lead volume and quality
- Cost per lead / cost per sale improvement
- Campaign execution success
- Contribution to sales growth
