Job Description:

This full-time, hybrid role requires a dynamic individual to oversee customer-facing IT services, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of technologies and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT service delivery to enhance customer experience.
Develop and implement service level agreements and metrics.
Oversee and mentor a team of IT support analysts.
Streamline procedures to improve efficiency and performance.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service contracts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; ITIL certification preferred.
10 years of progressive experience in IT management roles.
Experience in a service-driven environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Proven ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
