Description:
• The Director of Integrated Therapeutic Services is responsible for leading clinical and milieu treatment within a residential treatment facility.
• This full-time role in Brooklyn, NY requires oversight of policies that support multidisciplinary collaboration and efficient service delivery.
• The position demands leadership in aligning clinical and milieu therapy, with a focus on trauma-informed care.
Requirements:
• Provide vision, direction, and oversight for mental health treatment and therapeutic milieu operations.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure best practice strategies and procedures.
• Supervise and evaluate clinical and milieu leadership performance.
• Oversee the effectiveness of youth/family and administrative meetings.
• Act as a liaison to residents' families and collaborate with psychiatrists for staff training.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
Qualifications:
• LCSW, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist.
• 5 years' experience working with emotionally disturbed adolescents.
• 2 years' supervisory experience.
• LCSW-R preferred.
