Description
- Oversee the development and implementation of insurance and risk management strategies.
- Evaluate and manage insurance policies to ensure optimal coverage and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards related to insurance and risk.
- Act as the primary liaison with insurance providers, brokers, and external stakeholders.
- Analyze claims and loss data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide training and education to staff on risk management best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on risk assessments and insurance coverage to senior management.

7+ years in insurance, risk, or compliance, preferably in construction/general contractingExperience reviewing subcontractor insurance policies, including COIs, endorsements, and coverage gaps
Bachelor's degree
OSHA-30 certification preferred
