| JOB OVERVIEW |
The Director of Customer Development & VIP Services is a relationship-driven hospitality
leader responsible for building, managing, and elevating Clique Hospitality’s most valuable
guest experiences. This role blends high-touch guest relations, business development, and
brand representation, serving as both a key point of contact for VIP clients of Clique
Hospitality and for the personal network of CEO Andy Masi.
Acting as a trusted liaison between the company, our hotel partners, and top-tier clientele,
this position focuses on cultivating relationships that drive loyalty, revenue, and long-term
brand equity—while maintaining a strong on-property presence several nights per week to
ensure every experience reflects Clique’s service standards of excellent food, excellent
service, and excellent atmosphere.
| JOB EXPECTATIONS |
Relationship & VIP Management
- Build, manage, and retain relationships with high-value clients, hotel VIPs, and
- Clique’s core network.
- Coordinate with hotel and property leadership to ensure personalized guest
- experiences and seamless communication.
- Act as the lead point of contact for VIPs associated with Andy Masi’s personal and
- professional network.
- Handle all high-level client requests discreetly, anticipating needs before they arise.
- Host VIP guests and partners on-property several nights per week to ensure the
- Clique standard is consistently delivered.
Business Development:
- Cultivate and manage a personal client portfolio with measurable revenue and
- visitation impact.
- Identify new customer segments and partnership opportunities to expand Clique’s
- network and drive business.
- Generate direct bookings, table reservations, and event opportunities across Clique
- venues.
- Work with marketing and operations teams to create exclusive promotions or
- experiences for targeted clientele.
Experience Execution:
- Lead and host key VIP events, dinners, and activations.
- Ensure flawless service delivery and hospitality standards during all hosted
- experiences.
- Partner with property teams to design and execute creative, brand-aligned
- moments that enhance the guest journey.
Brand Representation:
- Serve as an ambassador for Clique Hospitality’s culture and values.
- Represent the company and executive leadership with professionalism, polish, and
- discretion.
- Maintain a visible presence at key industry and social events to expand the brand’s
- influence and relationships.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with GMs, marketing, and property teams to align on service
- delivery, promotions, and event execution.
- Provide actionable guest insights and feedback to leadership to continuously
- improve service and programming.
- Participate in all marketing and operations meetings, when necessary, to ensure
- cross-functional communication.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Relationship Development:
- Number and quality of repeat visits from VIP and hotel guests.
- Growth and retention of personal client portfolio.
On-Property & Brand Impact:
- Consistent visibility and leadership during key nights.
- Guest and partner feedback on presence and service quality.
- Representation of Clique standards across all interactions.
- Minimum of 30hrs a week over minimum of 4 days, during peak business hours
- Mondays, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: Subject to change
- Weekly reports needed on visitations of not only Cosmo & exec departments, but
- also, sister properties like Aria, Bellagio, etc.
- Weekly report of who / what was visited, booked, hosted, and revenue generated
| SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES |
This position does have supervisory responsibilities.
| REQUIREMENTS |
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field or 2+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, operations, project coordination, or executive support
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Professional, personable, and adaptable with strong communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with project Management or CRM software is a plus
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and desire to grow within the industry
| CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS |
- Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
| PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS |
- Must be able to work under time constraints and within established deadlines.
- Must regularly lift and/move up to 25 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
- Physically able to walk without assistance on various surfaces for an extended period.
- Able to commute from one location to another
| WORKING CONDITIONS |
- Work is performed indoors and outdoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust and smoke.
