Job Title: Credit & Collections Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee credit and collections functions within a dynamic organization. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, improving cash flow, and supporting overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day collections and receivables activities
  • Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on past-due balances
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and payment processing
  • Assist in developing and improving credit and collections procedures
  • Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate solutions
  • Prepare reports and provide updates on collection performance
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations
  • Support and guide team members as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with standard business software (Excel, VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, reporting tools)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
