Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the company’s annual strategic financing plan, aligning with overall corporate development objectives.
  • Lead capital needs assessments and design comprehensive financing strategies to support business growth, investment, and acquisition activities.
  • Proactively identify and secure financing opportunities through banks, non-bank financial institutions, and capital markets to attract high-quality funding sources.
  • Oversee equity financing efforts, including investor outreach, presentations, roadshows, valuation modeling, and negotiation of financing terms.
  • Manage debt financing processes, including lender engagement, due diligence, credit structuring, and documentation.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, audit, and risk management related to financing projects.
  • Conduct capital market and competitor research, industry benchmarking, and feasibility analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage regulatory compliance for domestic and cross-border transactions involving entities such as the Foreign Exchange Bureau, Department of Commerce, and National Development and Reform Commission.
  • Drive innovation in financing structures, including overseas bond issuance, SPV setups, and cross-border fund arrangements.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with banks, investors, and financial institutions, ensuring cost-effective and diversified funding channels.
  • Oversee financial cost and risk analysis for all financing projects to optimize capital efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years leading overseas financing for publicly listed companies.
  • Proven success managing large-scale project financing (at least 2–3 major deals).
  • U.S.-based equity-raise experience (Series B–D, IPO or secondary); investor list required
