Key Responsibilities for the Director of Billing & Reimbursement:
• Oversee billing, reimbursement, and revenue operations across the organization
• Drive accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all billing functions
• Lead and mentor the billing team to ensure performance and continuous improvement
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and refine reimbursement strategies
• Monitor key metrics and financial trends to strengthen operational outcomes

Qualifications for the Director of Billing & Reimbursement:
• Proven leadership experience overseeing billing and reimbursement operations
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
