Director of Real Estate Acquisitions
Growing Real Estate Private Equity firm is seeking a Director of Real Estate Acquisitions. This role will lead sourcing, underwriting, and execution of real estate investments across targeted markets and asset classes.
Responsibilities:
- Source on and off-market real estate acquisition opportunities
- Build relationships with brokers, owners, developers, and capital partners
- Lead underwriting, valuation, and investment analysis
- Manage transactions from LOI through closing
- Support JV structuring, financing, and investment committee materials
- Partner with asset management to execute post-close business plans
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of real estate acquisitions or investment experience
- Proven track record closing real estate transactions
- Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills
- Experience with real estate PE, family office, developer, or owner-operator preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
