Director of Real Estate Acquisitions


Growing Real Estate Private Equity firm is seeking a Director of Real Estate Acquisitions. This role will lead sourcing, underwriting, and execution of real estate investments across targeted markets and asset classes.


Responsibilities:


  • Source on and off-market real estate acquisition opportunities
  • Build relationships with brokers, owners, developers, and capital partners
  • Lead underwriting, valuation, and investment analysis
  • Manage transactions from LOI through closing
  • Support JV structuring, financing, and investment committee materials
  • Partner with asset management to execute post-close business plans


Qualifications:


  • 7+ years of real estate acquisitions or investment experience
  • Proven track record closing real estate transactions
  • Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills
  • Experience with real estate PE, family office, developer, or owner-operator preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
