Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Business IT Services to lead and evolve our global enterprise systems landscape, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion ERP, PMO, SOX compliance, and GMP-regulated environments. This role is critical in bridging IT and business functions, ensuring robust governance, scalable processes, and a culture of continuous improvement across finance, inventory, and manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role with an operational focus.  This position reports to the Chief Information Officer.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
  • Oversee ERP change control processes, ensuring alignment with SOX and GMP requirements.
  • Develop and maintain ERP management processes, including documentation, controls, and audit readiness.
  • Ensure IT enterprise systems and processes meet SOX compliance standards.
  • Partner with internal audit, finance, and quality teams to support audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Drive risk mitigation strategies and ensure traceability and accountability in system changes.
  • Develop and manage configuration management processes for enterprise systems.
  • Lead project management efforts for IT enterprise systems, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
  • Translate business needs into scalable IT solutions and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that values transparency, accountability, and innovation.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and resilient team culture aligned with organizational values.
  • Champion continuous learning and professional development.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in IT Digital Transformation or IT business systems leadership. Required
  • 10+ years expertise ERP systems, especially in finance, GRC, inventory, and manufacturing modules with 5-7 years Specifically with Oracle Fusion ERP Required
  • Proven experience in SOX environments, including audit support and compliance frameworks. Required
  • Strong background in finance and accounting processes and controls. Required
  • Demonstrated success in change management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. Required
  • Experience developing and managing configuration management processes. Required
  • Experience in project management of IT enterprise systems. Required
  • Proven experience in GxP environments. Preferred

Technical Skills Requirements

Preferred Certifications

  • Oracle ERP Cloud Certification
  • PMP or ITIL Certification
  • SOX or GMP Compliance Training
