Part-time, flexible schedule, 10-15 hours per week - Keene, NH

Monadnock Developmental Services is seeking a qualified applicant for a part-time, 10-15 hours per week, DSP position in the Keene area. Very flexible schedule.

Direct Support Professional Responsibilities:

• Encourage social interaction, friendship-building, and participation in enjoyable activities

• Offer gentle guidance, consistency, and reassurance as needed

• Assist with daily routines and community engagement (as applicable)

• Foster a safe, positive, and uplifting environment

Direct Support Professional Requirements:

• Kind, patient, and compassionate personality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliability and consistency in attendance and support

• Ability to provide encouragement while respecting independence

Direct Support Professional preferred qualities:

• Experience supporting individuals in community or home settings

Direct Support Professional minimum qualifications include:

Schedule is flexible, including weekday and/or weekend hours.
