Join our team of compassionate Direct Support Professionals and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home based residential settings. We are currently hiring for our Jeannette location.

Hours:

• Sundays: 8:30am-4:30pm
• Wednesdayand Thursdays: 7:30am-3:30pm

Pay & Benefits:

• $17.00/hour, plus paid training
• Overnight shifts earn an additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Supportive leadership and opportunities for advancement

As a DSP you will:

• Support adults in daily living skills, community participation and personal growth
• Encourage independence and reinforce person-centered goals
• Maintain a safe and supportive home environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high quality care

What We're Looking for:

• Compassion and commitment to person centered support.
• Reliability and professionalism
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency requirements
• Experience in IDD/Autism Support is a plus (required for certain positions)
