Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential Program Jeannette

Join our team of compassionate Direct Support Professionals and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home based residential settings. We are currently hiring for our Jeannette location.
Hours:
- Sundays: 8:30am-4:30pm
- Wednesdayand Thursdays: 7:30am-3:30pm
Pay & Benefits:
- $17.00/hour, plus paid training
- Overnight shifts earn an additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 11:00PM and 8:00AM.

As a DSP you will:
- Support adults in daily living skills, community participation and personal growth
- Encourage independence and reinforce person-centered goals
- Maintain a safe and supportive home environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high quality care
What We're Looking for:
- Compassion and commitment to person centered support.
- Reliability and professionalism
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency requirements
- Experience in IDD/Autism Support is a plus (required for certain positions)
