Join our team of compassionate Direct Support Professionals and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home-based residential settings. We are currenting hiring for our Glenview location.

Hours:

• Saturday: 9:00am-5:00pm; 4:30pm-11:30pm
• Monday: 12:00pm-11:30pm 

Pay & Benefits:

• $17.00/hour, plus paid training
• Overnight shifts earn an additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 11:00PM and 8:00AM
• Supportive leadership and opportunities for advancement

As a DSP, you will:

• Support adults in daily living skills, community participation and personal growth
• Encourage independence and reinforce person centered goals
• Maintain a safe and supportive home environment 
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care

What We're Looking For:

• Compassion and commitment to person-centered support
• Reliability and professionalism
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency requirements
• Experience in IDD/Autism support is a plus (required for certain positions)
