Working in our residential homes with adults with IDD.

Responsibilities:

Utilizing available DEC transportation, provide transport of Com Homes folks to day programs.

Complete medical appointments as required to include transport, support, documentation, and communication with all related parties.

Supervision of individuals not attending day services while ill, hospitalized, or requiring other Community Habilitative services.

Medication administration as required.

Assume full Com Home DSP requirements when not fulfilling medical appt requirements to include all job tasks and responsibilities.

Communicate and present information effectively in both single and group environments

Manage challenging situations using current best practices to include positive approaches and ‘everyday lives’ philosophy.

MUST HAVE PA DRIVER'S LICENSE!!!!
