Position Responsibilities
Lead coordination and execution of Marketing plans across multiple channels to attract new and existing customers.
Manage workload and performance for a team of Marketing Associates, supporting projects to ensure that deadlines and budget requirements are met.
Collaborate with internal departments on Marketing projects to uphold Uline’s brand and style guidelines.
Analyze campaign data and competitor trends to provide recommendations that improve performance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
6+ years of experience developing email or direct marketing strategies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to dynamic priorities in a fast-paced environment.
