Position Responsibilities

  • Lead coordination and execution of Marketing plans across multiple channels to attract new and existing customers.

  • Manage workload and performance for a team of Marketing Associates, supporting projects to ensure that deadlines and budget requirements are met.

  • Collaborate with internal departments on Marketing projects to uphold Uline’s brand and style guidelines.

  • Analyze campaign data and competitor trends to provide recommendations that improve performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.

  • 6+ years of experience developing email or direct marketing strategies.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Ability to adapt to dynamic priorities in a fast-paced environment.
