Overview

Rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing direct services and enjoys providing care in a variety of settings. This full-time position will work Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm and will be based at our Granite City, IL housing site.

Responsibilities

Provide consumer-driven services such as assessment, therapy, community support, and medication services. Use evidence-based practices that focus on skill building and individual, roommate, family, and group therapy. Link clients to additional clinical resources. Assume leadership role with little to no guidance and oversight.

 

Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and CADC certification OR master’s degree. Valid driver’s license, private auto insurance, and must be insurable. Basic computer skills including MS Office and an electronic medical record.

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $44,400 - $50,575 annual salary. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity. Check out additional benefits here!
