The Oyster Farm at Kings Creek is entering a new era of structure, service excellence, and leadership. We are seeking a hands-on, hospitality-driven Dining Room / Floor Manager to lead service operations in our waterfront restaurant and lounge.
This is not a clipboard manager role.
This is a presence-on-the-floor leadership position.

- Waterfront dining room.
- Main bar.
- Second-floor sunset lounge.
- Event center & catering operations.
- Pier bar & marina operations.
We need someone who can command a floor, elevate service standards, and move fluidly between management and execution.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Leading nightly service in the dining room and bar.
- Guest engagement and service recovery.
- Running food when needed.
- Assisting and covering bar shifts when required.
- Training servers and bartenders on standards and hospitality.
- Maintaining service flow and timing.
- Monitoring table touches and guest satisfaction.
- Assisting with scheduling and shift accountability.
- Coordinating with kitchen leadership for pacing.
- Overseeing cleanliness and presentation standards.
- You must be comfortable jumping into any role at any moment.

- Prolific in guest interaction and service awareness.
- Detail-oriented with strong floor presence.
- Capable behind the bar (craft cocktail experience preferred).
- Professional in appearance and communication.

- You should be able to read a room in seconds.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in restaurant leadership (fine dining or upscale casual preferred).
- Strong bartending knowledge.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume service.
- Experience training staff.
- Weekend & evening availability.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
