Digital Printer Operator
Parma, OH (Onsite with Free parking)

Shift - Mon-Fri/ 3 PM - 11:30 PM EST
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate high-speed digital production printer
- Load paper, clear jams, and unload printed materials
- Perform occasional post-processing tasks (e.g., binding, shrink-wrapping)
- Assist with day-to-day duties such as:
- Moving paper
- Stuffing envelopes
- Packing cartons
- Maintain good attendance and adhere to assigned schedule
- Possibility of full-time employment based on performance, attendance, and attitude
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 2 years of related work experience preferred
- Experience in printing or mailing industry is a plus
- Basic computer skills required; training will be computer-based
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Working knowledge of copiers and related equipment preferred
- Basic electronics knowledge preferred
- Understanding of shipping/receiving procedures
- Ability to:
- Work independently and flexibly
- Troubleshoot and solve problems
- Read and comprehend technical manuals and publications
- Determine correct packing methods and verify packing slips
- Follow mail delivery instructions
- Communicate fluently in English (verbal and written)
- Provide excellent customer service
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to walk, bend, twist, and stand for entire shift in a warehouse environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to work without accommodations
