RUMOR Advertising, a dynamic full-service agency, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for individuals experienced in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies in collaboration with Account Executives, Web Developers, and Creative Designers.
- Design, launch, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum conversion.
- Work closely with our Director of Digital Marketing to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Assist in client presentations, breaking down complex analytics into clear, understandable reports.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for personal and professional growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a drive to understand the bigger picture.
- Comfortable with data analysis, statistics, and delivering performance summaries.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Meta Advertising and Google Advertising.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on conversion optimization.
