About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Key
Responsibilities
:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor and report on performance metrics such as CTR, ROI, and conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing on email, web, and social content to identify optimization opportunities
Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings
Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-performing campaigns
Maintain and update website content using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress)
Analyze user behavior via Google Analytics and present actionable insights to stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing or related role
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, A/B testing, and web best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus: Experience with HTML/CSS, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
