Job Description:
Join our team as a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator in a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL.
This contract position involves managing marketing initiatives and coordinating between various teams.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage project intake and task queues to ensure timely identification of new work.
Coordinate with program managers to assign tasks to appropriate delivery tracks.
Oversee task progress through internal workflows from kickoff to completion.
Facilitate communication between teams to maintain project synchronization.
Execute monthly billing tasks to track expenses and ensure budget compliance.
