Additional info: This role is part Executive Assistant and part Digital Marketing Coordinator.

Description:
The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who excels in multitasking and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and able to manage up to leadership appropriately. The Coordinator should be collaborative, results-driven, and focused, with a strong understanding of a variety of social, digital, and emerging platforms, and corresponding trends. An affinity for a wide array of our brands, as well as YouTube-first content programming is beneficial.
• Support VP in calendar/scheduling and day-to-day admin duties as needed
• Provide as-needed admin support to Director
• Coordinate with other executive admins across DCOE Sr Leadership team
• Assist DCOE team in greater office needs—supplies, building access, meeting coordination, and more
• Organize workflows and support various aspects of the YouTube Creative, Distribution, and Operations efforts including supporting the team in scheduling cross-functional meetings
• Collect, organize and maintain key department and operational documents including internal databases, weekly executive reports/highlights for review, data pulls, channel specific calendars, and date trackers
• Participate in team and content & strategy planning meetings by providing meeting prep for the YouTube team, and solicit agenda items from the cross-functional teams
• Track and organize information related to original content; including strategy briefs, one-sheet overviews, share out information updates and meeting re-caps to global stakeholders, screening planning and management, managing internal planning databases and trackers
• Work closely with the creative teams in assisting with video timecode pulling and research
• Work closely with the creative teams in assisting with ideation and development
• Work closely with the creative and project management teams in assisting with video QCing
• Work closely with the creative and distribution teams in assisting with video thumbnail creation
• Work closely with the distribution team in assisting with Airtable data entry and library optimization efforts
• Work closely with the team in assisting with managing creative approvals in internal systems, i.e. Zendesk
• Contribute to special departmental projects and corporate initiatives as needed
• Assist international Digital Marketing teams and other business units with channel upload needs and asset-sharing where applicable
**Additional Responsibilities:
Day-to-day Admin
• Assist VP with scheduling, calendars, communications and organization
• Manage cross-functional communications, shareouts, and alignment
• Manage and develop internal and cross-functional presentations
• Provide admin support to Director on limited as-needed basis
• Provide office management support to NY-based teams
YouTube Creative Team
• Video research and timecode pulling
• Asset QC, publishing, and delivery
• Creative ideation and development
• Assist and track asset approvals as needed
YouTube Optimization Team
• Thumbnail creation and management
• Airtable data entry
• Assorted channel library optimization tasks
Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ years of administrative experience
• 1+ years of experience in social/digital marketing
• Basic understanding of YouTube channel operations and backend preferred
• Impeccable eye for detail coupled with the ability to communicate clearly and implement strategies and perform tasks as directed
• Outstanding organization and communication skills and ability to prioritize
• Efficient with time with the ability to meet deadlines and self-direct time management
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word), Google Docs, Box, Keynote/PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere
• Previous experience with CRM tools, i.e. Airtable, Zendesk
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, specifically YouTube
• Strong language and copy-writing skills
• Basic asset editing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital-forward environment
• A real team player and someone who will represent the team in a cordial, professional manner when working with other teams, executives, and leaders, as well as business unit contacts and external partners
• Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly as needed
Required Education:
AA or BA in Digital Mrktg, Marktg or Bus Amin/Or Exp
