Location: Overland Park, KS or Cary, NC (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Pay: $46.29/hr
Type: Temp to Perm

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to support Digital & Information Technology indirect procurement activities. This role plays a key part in vendor performance reporting, software contract consumption tracking, services contract burn‑down reporting, RFx coordination, vendor communications, monthly business review support, and contract lifecycle management.
Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capability, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and finalize bidder lists for indirect procurement activities
Conduct market research
Perform complex expediting duties
Support continuous improvement initiatives and associated change management
Coordinate contract execution
Create and maintain contract records
Produce contract consumption reporting
Prepare monthly procurement reporting
Deliver vendor performance reporting
Support the RFP process and manage the bidding lifecycle
Import usage data for top software titles to provide trending insights
Coordinate IT contract review for new orders/suppliers with the IT Contract Manager and Legal
Resolve invoice discrepancies, including PO/SOW revisions when needed
Lead competitive bidding exercises, including evaluation coordination and collaboration with business lines
Perform additional Sourcing, Indirect Procurement, and Vendor Management Office duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
5 years of related experience
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Technical proficiency and ability to learn systems quickly
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with ServiceNow Procurement and Contracts modules
Basic contract construct and negotiation skills
Experience supporting IT procurement or vendor management
Familiarity with RFx processes and contract lifecycle workflows
Certifications
ITIL Foundations (or higher) preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience performing duties comparable to a Contract Administrator III
