Seeking a Digital Designer that blends strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of user experience, digital best practices, and brand consistency. This is a hybrid role (4 days/week onsite) in Dallas and requires UX and UI design experience across web, email, social media, and other digital channels.
Responsibilities:
UX / UI Design
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that improve usability, engagement, and conversion
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to support web and digital experiences
- Apply UX best practices to ensure consistency and performance across devices and platforms
Digital Design & Asset Creation
- Design on-brand digital assets across multiple channels, including websites, landing pages, product and campaign graphics, email templates, social media assets, and photography
- Create layouts, visual systems, and templates that scale across platforms, audiences, and partner brands
Brand Consistency & Optimization
- Maintain consistent application of brand standards across all digital touchpoints
- Ensure designs are optimized for multiple screen sizes, devices, and platforms
Collaboration
- Collaborate with technology, marketing, product, and content teams
- Take projects from concept through execution, partnering with project managers, designers, developers, stakeholders, and external vendors as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, UX or UI work, and multimedia assets across web, email, social, and video platforms
- Ability to design and produce basic video and motion assets for digital channels, including social media, web, and email
- Strong experience with Figma and or Sketch for UI and UX design
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and iteration
- Experience using Canva to create scalable, on-brand digital assets and templates for internal and field use
- Solid understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and usability best practices
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred, with familiarity with modern development workflows
