Westchester, NY
$46–$48/hour
Short Term Contract | 35 Hours/Week (9AM–5PM)

We are seeking a Registered Dietitian for a short-term contract supporting a PACE program in Westchester. This role is ideal for a clinically strong, compassionate professional experienced in working with the frail or elderly population.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments (in-person & telehealth)

  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans

  • Provide therapeutic diet recommendations and clinical guidance

  • Collaborate as an active member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT)

  • Deliver nutrition counseling and education to participants and caregivers

  • Travel to participant homes and care settings as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics (accredited program)

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration

  • New York State Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) license

  • Minimum 1 year clinical nutrition experience

  • Experience with frail/elderly population required (Home Care preferred)
