Dietary Cook, Full-Time

Folkston Park Care and Rehab is hiring a DIETARY COOK to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary:Under the direction of the Dietary Manager, the Dietary Aide will assist with the setup of food service, assembles trays according to the planned menu and tray tickets, stated portion, resident food preferences, and diet order and within the established time schedules.

Requirements:

1. The Dietary Aide should possess experience in a geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing environment.
2. Must have a high attention to detail.
