Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation and food service following daily menus and dietary guidelines.
- Prepare trays and ensure special diets are accurate and properly served.
- Deliver and collect food carts from resident areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and equipment—and prep for the next meal service.
- Monitor and record dishwashing machine temperatures.
- Stock supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
- Prepare and distribute snacks and nourishments.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including floors, storage areas, and refrigeration units.
- Take out trash and maintain sanitation standards throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or HiSET required.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old
