What You’ll DoAs a Diesel Repair Technician, you’ll:
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on diesel and gas-powered vehicles and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and fix engine, brake, drivetrain, electrical, and A/C issues
  • Maintain and repair small engines and off-road construction equipment
  • Conduct DOT inspections on trucks and trailers
  • Schedule and track repairs in our fleet management system
  • Help organize the parts area and keep the shop clean and functional
  • Communicate with managers and vendors to coordinate parts and repairs
  • Follow all safety protocols in a shop and outdoor environment
What You BringTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in vehicle or equipment maintenance
  • Hands-on skills in diesel diagnostics, brake systems, and light/medium-duty repairs
  • Welding experience (preferred, not required)
  • Familiarity with small engine repair
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Working Conditions
  • Shift: Day shift (1st shift), with occasional overtime, nights, or weekends as needed
  • Environment: Exposure to mechanical equipment, loud noise, and outdoor weather (heat, rain, humidity)
  • Reliability: Regular attendance and punctuality are essential to team operations
