Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and other issues in diesel trucks and trailers
- Replace and balance tires according to proper safety procedures
- Complete repairs on starters, brakes, axles, generators, and universal joints
- Communicate with service writers and customers to explain repair needs
- Perform emergency roadside service when needed
- Support and train new technicians as the team grows
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Ideal Candidates Have
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Medical Examiner’s Certificate
- 1+ years of diesel or automotive repair experience (preferred)
- ASE certifications (preferred but not required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Great attitude, reliable work ethic, and customer-focused mindset
