Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates must have a solid work history, valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old. Must have high school diploma or GED or be actively pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
- Employment contingent on passing a pre-employment physical and drug screens to include both urine and hair follicle testing (Marijuana is a disqualification of employment due to safety-sensitive functions of the position).

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Level 1 Mechanic: Cleaning trucks, work with hand tools, perform tire services, general shop upkeep and cleaning, and other duties delegated by Management.
- Level 2 Mechanic: Perform all level 1 duties if needed but will spend most of the time on preventative maintenance including but not limited to: Servicing of trucks and trailers, DOT Inspections on trucks and trailers, minor engine diagnostics, emissions systems troubleshooting, Will receive training during this time from inside and outside sources for continual advancement opportunities.
- Level 3 Mechanic: Perform all level 2 duties if needed, other tasks include but are not limited to: Work with computer trouble-shooting programs, understand all suspension and steering components with ability to adjust and repair, have full understanding on the class 8 braking system. Review job orders and observe trucks in operation to diagnose issues and plan repairs.

We are seeking Diesel Mechanics of varying experience to join our growing team at our Columbus, OH terminal.

- $3,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Quarterly bonus program - guaranteed amount for first 4 full quarters worked (adds $3/hr to hourly wage!)

- Base hourly wage range for Level 1 mechanic is $22-$25, Level 2 mechanic is $26-$29 and Level 3 mechanic is $29-$35 and all are based on experience

- Experience in cleaning trucks, working with hand tools, performing tire services, and other general shop upkeep and cleaning required for Level 1 Mechanic
