This role is built for a diesel mechanic/technician who can sell.

Diesel Pro Power is a diesel-only parts company known for technical accuracy, fast shipping, and expert-level sales support.

You will take inbound calls, verify fitment with authority, quote accurately, follow up relentlessly, and close diesel engine parts sales daily.

Must-Have to Apply (Hard Requirements)

Do not apply unless you meet ALL of the following:

• Prior diesel mechanic or diesel technician experience

• Confident verifying fitment using serial numbers, CPLs, and engine model data

• Proven phone-based or consultative sales closing ability

• Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline ownership

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-call environment

• Willingness to log all activity in HubSpot daily

Scoreboard (What You’re Paid to Produce)

• Close 10 orders per day

• Generate $22,000+ in daily revenue

• Maintain $2,200+ average order value

• Achieve 65% quote-to-close rate

• Operate in a 60% inbound / 40% outbound sales mix

What You’ll Do

• Take inbound sales calls from mechanics, fleets, and marine technicians

• Verify correct part fitment (serial/CPL/model required — no guessing)

• Close orders on the spot when possible

• Build quotes and follow up until the order closes

• Prospect outbound daily to build pipeline

• Log every call, quote, and follow-up in HubSpot the same day

• Conduct delivery follow-ups to build loyalty, reviews, and referrals

Preferred

• Marine diesel or heavy-duty parts counter experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $50,000 base salary + performance- based commission

• Commission tied to results and gross profit
